Alex is a Chartered Surveyor with nine years of Project Management experience within the London construction sector, though he began working on construction sites over a decade ago. He has a strong track record delivering complex schemes upwards of £100m from inception to completion across a variety of sectors for leading consultancies. Prior to co-founding Loop Asset Management, Alex was an Associate and UK PDS Junior Board Member at Cushman & Wakefield.
Joe is a Chartered Surveyor with ten years of Investment and Asset Management experience within the European commercial property sector. He has a broad depth of experience across deal origination, transaction management & portfolio strategy for both institutional and private equity clients predominantly within the logistics sector. Prior to co-founding Loop Asset Management, Joe held investment roles at SEGRO Plc & more recently at Mirastar (KKR’s European logistics platform).
