Alex is a Chartered Surveyor with a decade of experience delivering complex development and construction projects across the UK. His approach is shaped by a delivery-first mindset and early hands-on experience working on site, which grounds his strategic decisions in practical execution. Prior to co-founding Loop Asset Management, Alex worked at Cushman & Wakefield, Gardiner & Theobald and Turner & Townsend.

Joe is a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of Investment and Asset Management experience within the European commercial property sector. He has significant experience across deal origination, transaction management & portfolio strategy for both institutional and private equity clients predominantly within the logistics sector. Prior to co-founding Loop Asset Management, Joe held investment roles at SEGRO Plc and Mirastar (KKR's European logistics platform).
