Loop Asset Management has completed further financing with Barclays across two assets: Great Western Close in Birmingham and Space Business Centre in Aylesbury.
The financing builds on the facility completed across three of Loop's assets in July 2025. Proceeds will go towards further acquisitions and capital expenditure projects across the portfolio.
