Loop Asset Management has completed the financing of three assets with Barclays: Stapledon Road in Peterborough, Heathfield Industrial Estate in Elland and Railway Court in Doncaster.
The financing is a key step as Loop continues to scale the portfolio. Loop continues to build momentum and is actively seeking new opportunities to grow further.
