- Loop's second acquisition since launch
- A nine-unit light industrial estate in West Yorkshire
- Three vacant interconnected units to be reinstated and refurbished
Loop Asset Management has acquired Heathfield Industrial Estate in Elland, West Yorkshire, on behalf of its capital partner.
Built in the late 1990s, the freehold estate comprises approximately 16,800 sq ft across nine light industrial units on a 1.56-acre site, with units ranging from 1,180 sq ft to 3,120 sq ft. It sits within two miles of Junction 24 of the M62 and five miles south of Halifax.
Three units were interconnected and vacant at acquisition. Loop planned to reinstate them as individual units, responding to strong local demand, alongside wider refurbishment across the estate.
Heathfield was Loop's second acquisition and its first investment in the North of England. Allsop, Forsters and Jones Hargreaves advised Loop. Knight Frank and Walker Singleton acted for the vendor.
