Loop Asset Management has let Units 6 and 9 at Heathfield Industrial Estate in Elland to two local occupiers, following the completion of internal refurbishment works.
Both units were refurbished to Loop's standard specification. The M&E systems were upgraded and the gas supply removed, delivering fully electric units with an EPC rating of B. LED lighting was installed, rooflights were replaced and the usable space was maximised to give occupiers a blank canvas for their businesses.
Walker Singleton and Knight Frank marketed the units. Compass Building Consultancy and K&K Projects delivered the internal refurbishment.
