Loop appoints MK2 Real Estate as property manager across its portfolio.

Loop Asset Management has appointed MK2 Real Estate as property manager across its portfolio. MK2 will be the first point of contact for occupiers on day-to-day matters relating to their unit and the wider estate, working alongside Loop as asset manager.

MK2 is a Birmingham-based independent commercial property adviser working across property investment, lease consultancy, building consultancy and property management. Since launching its property management business in 2017, MK2 has grown its team to 25 people, managing more than £1.5 billion of assets and over 2,000 tenants across the UK.
