Loop Asset Management has appointed Rowern Wong as a Non-Executive Director. Rowern brings extensive experience and a sharp, forward-thinking approach to how Loop creates value for investors and occupiers.
Rowern joins as Loop continues to build its industrial portfolio and will support the management team as the business moves into its next stage of growth.
He has spent over a decade acquiring, financing and developing real estate, first at Rothschild and Macquarie, then as Chief Investment Officer at General Projects, a £2 billion UK real estate development platform. At General Projects, he deployed £1.3 billion of equity and debt into 18 UK properties, with joint venture partners including the British Airways Pension Fund, KKR, LaSalle and TPG Angelo Gordon.
